Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Account information: business legal name, DBA, dealer license number, addresses, contact names, titles, work emails, mobile numbers, and accounts payable contacts.

Operational information: vehicle identification numbers, odometer readings, inspection checklists, inspector notes, photographs, GPS check-in data captured by the inspector, and report grades.

Billing information: invoices, billing preference, payment history and a payment-method reference held with our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Usage information: sign-in events, pages used and device/browser data used to keep the platform secure.

2. How we use it

To schedule, perform and deliver inspections; to route work to the correct territory manager and inspector; to produce condition reports; to invoice and collect payment; to provide support; and to improve inspection quality and coverage.

We may send you service messages by email and, where you have consented, by text message about scheduling, inspector arrival, report delivery and billing.

3. Who we share it with

Assigned inspectors and territory managers, our payment processor, cloud hosting and communications providers acting on our instructions, and professional advisors. We share information with an auction or third party only at your direction or where required by law.

We do not sell personal information.

4. Retention and security

Inspection records, photos and invoices are retained for at least seven years to support arbitration, tax and audit needs, unless you request earlier deletion and we are not required to keep them. Files are stored in access-controlled storage and transmitted over encrypted connections.

5. Your choices

You may update account and contact details from your dealer workspace, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and request access to or deletion of your information by emailing support@autovouched.com. Some data must be retained for legal and accounting reasons.
