Terms of Service

1. Accounts and users

You may add additional users (buyers, accounts payable clerks, managers, viewers) to your account. You are responsible for their activity and for removing access when someone leaves.

You must keep your dealer license, contact and payment details accurate and current.

2. Scheduling and cancellation

Inspection requests are dispatched to the assigned territory. We aim to complete standard inspections within one business day of assignment, but arrival windows are estimates.

Cancellations made before the inspector is dispatched are free. Cancellations after dispatch, no-shows, locked gates, dead batteries or vehicles unavailable on arrival may be billed as a completed inspection.

Re-inspections requested because of a material error on our part are performed at no charge.

3. Pricing and payment

Standard pricing is $99 per completed inspection. New dealerships are billed an introductory rate of $89 for their first 100 completed inspections, after which the standard rate applies automatically.

Per-inspection accounts are invoiced on completion with payment due in 15 days. Monthly accounts receive a consolidated statement due the 5th of the following month.

If a card is on file, invoices are charged automatically when issued. Failed or unpaid invoices past due may pause new inspection scheduling. Disputed line items should be raised within 10 days of the invoice date.

4. Service scope

Inspections are informational condition reports and are not warranties, certifications or appraisals. The full scope and limitation of liability is set out in our Inspection Scope & Liability terms, which form part of this agreement.

5. Acceptable use and confidentiality

Reports and photos are licensed to your dealership for your own business use, including submission to an auction for arbitration. You may not resell, publish or represent our reports as certifications.

Each party will protect the other's non-public business information.

6. Term, suspension and changes

Either party may close the account at any time; fees for completed inspections remain payable. We may suspend service for non-payment or misuse.

We may update these terms with notice posted here under a new version date; continued use constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties will attempt good-faith resolution before commencing proceedings.
