SMS & Messaging Terms

1. What you will receive

Operational messages only: inspection scheduling confirmations, inspector en-route and arrival alerts, report-ready notifications, and billing or payment reminders.

2. Consent

By checking the SMS box during onboarding, or by adding a mobile number to a user seat, you agree to receive these messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using AutoVouched — you can decline and still receive everything by email.

You confirm you are the subscriber of the number provided or are authorized to consent on its behalf.

3. Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your inspection volume. Message and data rates may apply. AutoVouched does not charge for text messages.

4. Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts to that number; you will receive one confirmation. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@autovouched.com. You may also turn texts off for any user from the dealer workspace.

5. Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed; important notices are also available in your dealer workspace.

6. Privacy

Mobile numbers collected for this program are used only for the messages described above and are handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.
